Guidelines for Paper Presentation

To facilitate the delegates with their presentation, the scientific committee recommends the following instructions:
 The presenter should be an IACDE member and a registered delegate of the conference.
 Each presenter can complete the online Abstract submission process on the website.
 Work should be original, unpublished and should not have been previously presented at National/ International meetings.
  Presentation should fall under any one of the following fields:
   Dental materials.
   Conservative Dentistry.
   Endodontics.
   Regeneration.
   Esthetic dentistry.
   Traumatology.
   Surgical Endodontics.
 The oral paper presentation could be an Original Research, Case Series/ Case Report or a Systematic Review.
 Students are recommended to upload a scanned copy of the Bonafide Certificate duly signed by the Head of the department.
 Participants should present in only one of the category- Paper or Poster.
 Maximum Number of students sharing a paper – 2.
 Time limit for oral presentation is 8 minutes followed by a 2 minutes Q&A session.
 All abstracts should be structured and state the:Context{Background}, Materials &Method, Statistical Analysis, Results and Conclusions.
 Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
 Last date for submission of abstracts will be 10th January 2023.
 Final paper presentation must be submitted by online submission on the website.
 All the PowerPoint presentations should be in MS office 2007 compatible mode.
 Final PowerPoint presentations once submitted cannot be changed or modified.
 The final PowerPoint presentation should not contain identity of the institution and name of the investigators.
Note: There is no restriction on the number of Papers/Poster submitted from an institution.




Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

 It is mandatory for participants to be registered for the Convention.
 All accepted posters will be displayed in the digital format on high resolution monitor.
 During the presentation time, authors should be available for discussion of the E-Poster. A formal presentation would be mandatory.
 Time duration for presentation will be 6 min. (4 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
 All posters to be sent in landscape style orientation (all information i.e text, data, photos and figures) must be designed to appear within one slide/ image.
 Poster should be written only in English language.
 Title of the E-Poster should be brief and match with the provided topic.
 The title and subheadings should be written in Bold. Please select background colors that contrast well with the font to allow easy reading of the text.
 Make sure that any photographs or figures being used in the poster are with sufficient size so that they are clearly visible, with minimum of 300 dpi resolution.
 The number of photographs should be limited to only those that are essential and relevant for the poster.
 Provide adequate references.
